❄️ 🌨️ ☃️ Celebrating a southern snow day! ❄️ 🌨️ ☃️

Hey Reader,

It’s snowing in the South!

As someone born and raised in New York, snow always brings back fond memories of bundling up with my cousins and playing outside.

While my daughter was also born in New York, she’s being raised here in Georgia. This morning, I had the joy of bundling her up and making snowy memories with her.

As I snapped a few pictures, I couldn’t help but reflect on how we all respond differently to unusual situations.

Some of us dive right in to play, like my daughter. Others take a moment to sit, process, and soak it all in, like I did in our backyard. And then there are those who prefer the comfort of the familiar, like our chickens who stayed in their coop this morning!

There’s no right or wrong response—just what feels right for you. As you navigate today and prepare for the weekend ahead, I hope you’re doing whatever serves you best.

Thanks for all you do,
Jessica

Hello Reader, I’ve been working hard updating and polishing some of my most popular resources and prepping new video walkthroughs to make your planning even easier. Honestly, I couldn’t do it without the teachers who share what they need most and the students who remind us why we’re doing this in the first place. I want you to know that I’m in your corner,...

You’re helping build confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning (even when it doesn't always feel like it). If no one’s told...
